We are an accounting and consulting firm based in Burkina Faso since 1998.

 The first manager and founder, Pierre ABADIE is :

  • Accountant,
  • Legal advice,
  • Legal expert,
  • Legal representative,
  • Knight of the Order of Merit of Burkina Faso.

 

He has been living in Burkina Faso since 1998, from where he advises international companies that have set up or wish to set up in Burkina. 

The firm is managed by Robert HIEN.

 

 Cabinet Pierre Abadie is a multidisciplinary team of about twenty experienced and rigorous collaborators, with:

üan accounting department headed by Raïnatou BIKIENGA,

üa legal advice department, headed by Fatima DRABO.

Pierre ABADIE graduated as a chartered accountant at the age of 27 and was one of the youngest chartered accountants in France.

 

With his Burkinabè team, he has been practicing his profession in Ouagadougou since 1998.

 

Pierre ABADIE is a legal expert in accounting.

 

The accounting and auditing activities are the first activities of the firm before developing its legal consulting activities.

Taxation is inseparable from accounting.

 

Corporate taxes are indeed based on accounting data.

 

A well-mastered accounting system is the necessary condition for compliance with tax obligations, a guarantee of peace of mind and financial security.

 - Labour law advisor

 

 

 Pierre Abadie's first book was published in 2005, Labour reglementation , the only book to bring together all the provisions in force in this field.

 

This book, which is constantly updated by our jurists, is the basic tool for Human Resources and for any company manager who is concerned about compliance with the law and wants to avoid unnecessary conflicts.

 

 

This same team of qualified and experienced jurists is at your disposal to assist you in all your social issues, including litigation.

PUBLICATIONS

We are known as the first publisher of legal works oriented towards the development of the Burkinabe private sector. We have published 28 books on taxation, mining, social and other transversal fields.
